Job Description:
Managing a company's financial transactions related to vendor payments, ensuring all bills are paid accurately and on time by processing invoices, verifying purchase orders, reconciling discrepancies, preparing payments, and maintaining detailed financial records, all while adhering to company policies and procedures. Oversee payroll transactions. Must be able to Multitask and be organized. Show up to work everyday, on time. QuickBooks experienced preferred.
