E&S Precision Sheetmetal Mfg is a contract manufacturer specializing in precision sheet metal parts — computer chassis, brackets, and enclosures for the medical, transportation, and tech industries.
We’re looking for a Quality Control Inspector who’s detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to jump into a hands-on role.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Inspecting parts during and after production
Creating AS9102 First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR)
Communicating with internal teams and customers about quality issues
Identifying ways to improve quality processes
Reviewing and documenting non-conforming products
Representing E&S in customer quality reviews
Keeping a clean and safe work environment
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Experience in precision sheet metal and / or machining
Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality systems
Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints
Ability to use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Analytical mindset and ability to multitask
