Paralegal/Legal Assistant

Bochnewich Law Offices, APC., Palm Desert, CA seeks experienced, carrier-oriented litigation paralegal/legal assistant, must be a team player, able to work with counsel and other paralegals on law and motion, discovery, preparation for trials, etc. Must be able to draft basic legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, motions and briefs, discovery, summarize depositions, etc. Candidates must be computer literate, detail oriented with some research abilities.
