We are looking for all positions to join our team for new opening of the restaurant.
Experience in a a fast paced restaurant needed.
Essential Skills, Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
For Prep/Line Cook Position:
Prepare and cook food according to established recipes, ensuring accurate plating in a fast-paced kitchen
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Respond promptly to orders and maintain efficiency during peak hours.
Multitask effectively while maintaining a fast pace.
Adhere to food safety and cleanliness standards.
Report any issues promptly to management.
Be multi-task oriented and perform other duties as assigned by management.
For Server/Cashier Position:
Enter customers’ orders into the computer system accurately and process various types of payment.
Maintain complete knowledge of the restaurant’s menu, beverage offerings, and workplace safety procedures.
Interact with guests in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring their satisfaction and exceeding expectations.
Serve tables, clear and reset them, and ensure the cleanliness and smooth operation of the dining area.
Verify guests’ legal drinking age politely and monitor behavior after serving alcoholic beverages; offer assistance (e.g., arranging a taxi) if needed and involve management for disorderly customers.
Report to work in neat, clean attire with well-groomed hair and personal hygiene.
Communicate mistakes, customer issues, or complaints to management promptly and professionally.
Be multi-task oriented and perform other duties as assigned by management.
