La Quinta Cliffhouse Restaurant is a high profile restaurant with a rich tradition in the desert. We are a high volume and fast paced upscale restaurant, looking for experienced line, garde manager, and prep cooks.
You will be asked to cook meats, fish, vegetables, soups and other hot or cold items, or desserts, as well as prepare and portion components prior to cooking. You will perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of menu items and preparing appropriate garnishes for all plates.
We have a Team Oriented work crew that helps provide excellent hospitality and dining experience for our guests.
