BaBALoo lOUnge Gastropub is seeking an energetic, personable, and professional Full-Time Hostess to join our team. As a hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive. This role requires excellent communication, a friendly attitude, and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements.
Ensure guests are seated in a timely and efficient manner.
Answer phones, take reservations, and provide information as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
Assist with customer inquiries and special requests.
Collaborate with servers, managers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Positive, professional demeanor and a team-oriented attitude.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
