Job responsibilities including but not limited to:
Preparing and cooking all menu items in accordance to the house standards.
Maintaining Health department standards of cleanliness and sanitation a MUST
Keeping kitchen equipment clean and in working condition
Job requirements including but not limited to:
2 years experience at the line required
Dependable, reliable and self motivated individual with a passion for food service
Valid CA Food Handler certificate, Cordon Bleu graduate a PLUS.
Helpful, friendly and courteous in dealing with coworkers
Able to work varied schedules including nights and weekends
Able to take directions and work well as a team player or independently
