Professional Property Management Company is looking for an experienced person/team to manage a 32-unit apartment in Palm Desert Ca. 92260 The position is part-time, approximately 20 hours of work per week- 4 hours per day for 5days per week.
It is a requirement to live on-site. Applicants must be well organized, team player, and very-motivated to manage apartments.
Duties include:
Assisting with marketing vacancies, collection efforts, correspondence with tenants and our staff, serving notices, scheduling maintenance work, and other work related to the management of this type of rental property.
Applicants must have a very flexible day time schedule as well as be available to interact with tenants and show vacancies in the evenings and weekends if needed. Additional time for work may be required on an as-needed basis.
Experience and/or training in apartment management is required.
Manager will live in a 2-bedroom 2 bath apartment discounted to $1,150.00 per month, and manager will receive approximately $1,505.00 per month in gross monthly wages.
