Position Summary:
The role of a Field Agent is to retrieve records/documents in a deadline-driven environment by collecting documents from the client and delivering them to government offices, businesses, and other locations based on their instructions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establish a strong working relationship with clients
- Inform the Supervisor of any problems while in the field
- Deliver documents to our clients and other facilities as directed by the dispatch team
- Picking up packages from the clients and other facilities as directed by dispatch and delivering packages to the recipient
- Taking responsibility for high-value or confidential items
- Filling out paperwork about completed deliveries
- Working with dispatch to get to the correct locations
- Must use own vehicle
Job Qualifications:
- High School graduate or GED equivalents
- Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record (3 points or less)
- Valid Auto Insurance – checked quarterly
- Must pass a background check
- Be willing to work overtime and over the weekends at times if needed
Hours - Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
