Working Assistant Super Intendant - Commercial Tenant Improvements

We are owner/operator of industrial real estate in Southern California and we are looking for an individual who can act as a working super intendant managing our tenant improvement projects. This person would ideally be a jack-of-all-trades type of person who has a decent understanding of the construction process. This person would be a self-starter, reliable and comfortable managing other subs.
