RESPONSIBILITIES
-Be part of a 2-3 man residential install crew.
-Install on residential asphalt shingle, concrete tile, flat rooftops, and ground mount systems.
-Provide kind and courteous interactions with homeowners when required.
-Install mounting and racking systems on all job types, with prioritization on weatherization and mounting profiles
-Module mounting
-DC wire management
-Complete terminations at j-boxes and inverters as required and in line with experience
-Other tasks and duties as needed
REQUIREMENTS
-2+ years experience installing residential solar
-Experience with required tools needed for solar mounting and electrical work.
-High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
-Must be able to maintain a high level of quality assurance with an emphasis on safety
-Ideally located in Orange County
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
-Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
-Must be able to climb ladders, stairs, and work SAFELY from heights on rooftops
-Must be able to work on feet for extended period of time
-Must have a valid CA driver's license and a clear driving record
-Ability to work in diverse weather conditions
-Ability to drive 1+ hours to job sites
