We are seeking a dedicated Pool Technician to join our team in South Orange County. The ideal candidate will have experience in pool maintenance and repair, must possess their own truck, and be committed to providing excellent service to our clients. Role is part-time with opportunity to grow and learn new skills, if desired. We are willing to train the right candidate with their own truck.
Responsibilities:
· Perform routine pool maintenance, including cleaning, skimming, brushing, and vacuuming pools and spas.
· Test and balance pool water chemistry to ensure safe water quality.
· Inspect pool equipment for proper operation and identify any necessary repairs or replacements.
· Conduct minor repairs and maintenance on pool equipment such as pumps, filters, and heaters.
· Maintain accurate records of pool services, including water chemistry readings, maintenance performed, and any repairs needed.
· Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions about pool maintenance and care.
· Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines.
Requirements:
· Experience as a Pool Technician preferred, however experience is not required.
· Must have a reliable truck and a valid driver's license.
· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
· Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
· Physical ability to perform the duties of the job, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Compensation:
Compensation is per pool. Excellent pay for experienced technicians. Pay could range $30 - $45 per hour. Apply today!
