We are seeking a reliable and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Car Wash Ticket Writer at Premier 7 Car Wash. This is a SALES POSITION. As a Ticket Writer, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have a positive experience at our car wash facility. You will be responsible for greeting customers, up-selling customers, and providing excellent customer service throughout their visit. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, interacting with people, and being a part of a fast-paced and dynamic team. Your responsibilities will be sales of car wash promotions and packages. This is a sales position with a base pay and commission based on sales. Please only apply if you have sales experience.
Responsibilities:
-Up-sell additional services or promotions when appropriate
-Write car wash tickets accurately and efficiently
-Provide information and answer questions about services and pricing
-Maintain a clean and organized ticket writing station

Responsibilities:
-Process customer payments accurately and efficiently
-Maintain a balanced cash drawer and reconcile any discrepancies at the end of each shift
-Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their payment transactions
-Handle customer inquiries and resolve any payment-related issues or concerns
-Accurately calculate total fees for services provided and ensure proper billing
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Emporium area
-Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and restocking merchandise as needed

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Car Wash Attendant to join our team. As a Car Wash Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles receive a thorough and high-quality wash, both inside and out. This role requires attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
-Guide customers through the car wash process, provide friendly and courteous assistance to customers, addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
-Perform pre-wash inspections to identify and note any existing damage or areas requiring special attention.
-Utilize appropriate cleaning products, tools, and techniques to thoroughly wash and sanitize vehicles' exteriors, including removing debris, bugs, and dirt.
-Vacuum and clean vehicles' interiors, including carpets, seats, windows, and compartments.
-Safely drive customer vehicles through the car wash process, following established procedures and safety guidelines.
-Towel dry vehicles to ensure a streak-free finish and clean windows and mirrors.
-Inspect vehicles post-wash to ensure all dirt and debris have been removed and verify that the car is in good working condition.
-Wash towels when needed and restock cleaning carts
-Assist car wash with cleaning tasks during non-peak periods or as directed by management.
