What You’ll Do
After a comprehensive training program, you’ll take on essential maintenance tasks, including:
Landscape & Hardscape Care: Maintain and enhance residential properties with pride.
Equipment Mastery: Efficiently push, pull, and ride lawn mowers on flat, sloped, or uneven terrain, and skillfully use edgers, string trimmers, backpack, and handheld blowers.
Physical & Technical Skills: Safely operate chain saws, pole saws, and hedge trimmers to prune trees and bushes, and handle light irrigation repairs once trained.
Plant Care: Plant or remove vegetation as needed.
Maintenance: Keep equipment clean and ready for action, ensuring safety and efficiency on every job.
Driving: Confidently drive trucks and vans for extended periods across freeways and local roads.

Stable Work Schedule: Standard hours are 6:15 am to 3:15 pm, with shifts that may start as early as 5:00 am or extend to 6:00 pm depending on weather and project needs. Open availability for full-time work is essential.
