We are seeking a Business Development professional to join our team at FFTV, a cutting-edge short drama streaming platform. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage in business negotiations and develop partnerships with global film companies, short drama producers, and talent agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate and manage daily phone and video meetings with production companies, short drama creators, and talent agencies worldwide.
Build and maintain strong business relationships with industry partners.
Identify opportunities for collaboration and growth to expand our platform's reach.
Negotiate contracts and agreements for content acquisition and talent collaboration.
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the entertainment or media industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple ongoing discussions and develop long-term partnerships.
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
Ability to work remotely with a flexible schedule.
