-presenting and explaining insurance benefits packages over Zoom
-engage families to explain insurance options to protect families in the future
-update reports, records, and other organizational tools to accurately report progress
-complete insurance applications
-actively recruit, mentor, and train your team
-attending ongoing training sessions to improve throughout your career
