Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Solar Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for door-to-door sales of solar energy products to residential homeowners. Your primary goal is to educate potential customers about the benefits of solar energy and close sales through personalized consultations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct door-to-door visits to residential homes in assigned areas
Present solar energy solutions and explain the benefits to homeowners
Schedule and conduct follow-up consultations to close sales
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Comfortable with door-to-door sales and interacting with homeowners
Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to work flexible hours
