Description: We’re seeking a SDR to own top-of-funnel at Prudential Financial Services. You’ll generate and qualify both B2B and B2C leads to fuel our financial advisors pipeline with qualified appointments. With full autonomy over your schedule (8 AM–6 PM, M–F) and uncapped weekly bonuses, your hustle directly drives revenue and your earnings.
What You’ll Do
Prospect & Outreach: Execute multi-channel campaigns; warm inbound and outbound lead generation, follow-ups, warm/cold calls, email blasts, direct mail, and event marketing, with the goal of surfacing qualified opportunities.
Lead Qualification: Engage prospects to assess fit and gauge interest.
Appointment Setting: Book pipeline-building discovery calls and strategy sessions with our licensed team of advisors. Mostly via warm calls.
CRM: Log your interaction into our CRM, manage your pipeline, and refine our outreach playbook.
Schedule: Hybrid between in-office/remote. No fixed shifts. Work your own hours between 8 AM–6 PM, hit weekly activity and meetings quotas, and unlock competitive bonuses. Expect a minimum of 4-5 hours per day.
What You Bring: You are self-motivated and coachable.
Relevant Background: 1+ year in sales, customer service, hospitality, or any client-facing environment.
Tech Stack: Comfortable or coachable in using CRM tools to run phone, email, and mail campaigns.
Materials needed: A reliable computer, phone, and internet.
