I need someone who has the hunger, smarts and humility to take on new challenges, solve problems, make a tremendous impact (economically and environmentally), and have fun.

We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Analyst to join our team and help grow our footprint in target regions.

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Business Development Analyst to identify, engage, and onboard commercial businesses onto our platform. This role requires someone who is not only a strong communicator but also thrives in building and nurturing relationships. The ideal candidate will be excited about rolling up their sleeves, interacting with businesses in person and over the phone, and being a driving force behind our growth efforts.

Responsibilities:

- Develop targeted lead lists of commercial businesses that meet specific criteria in designated regions.

- Create compelling sales pitches that clearly communicate our value proposition.

- Conduct cold calls and visit potential client locations to engage new business prospects.

- Manage and prioritize inbound leads, updating and curating our lead database.

- Actively engage with businesses to pitch our platform, listen to their needs, close deals, and onboard them effectively.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure a seamless and positive onboarding experience.

- Collect and analyze feedback from commercial businesses to enhance our offerings and refine pitches.

- Address and troubleshoot issues promptly, providing empathetic and effective solutions.

- Continuously identify ways to remove obstacles and improve the experience for potential and existing clients to ensure they achieve their objectives on our platform.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to create and deliver effective sales pitches.

- Comfort and confidence with cold-calling and in-person prospecting.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Problem-solving attitude with the ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly.

- Passion for engaging with people and building lasting professional relationships.

- Willingness to travel, as required.

- Previous experience in business development, sales, or a customer-facing role, a plus.
