We are a Newport Beach Marketing Agency producing an abundance of creative content for our customers.

Seeking a driven, detail-oriented sales associate who is great on the phone connecting and building a vision for leads & prospects.

Looking for out-of-the-box thinkers ready to have fun.

We have two positions available with hourly pay + commissions. More experienced closers will have opportunities to sell contracts with 5-figure commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively generate and pursue new business accounts through creative outreach strategies.

Attend and conduct meetings with prospective clients resulting from company-provided appointments.

Follow up on warm leads provided weekly by the company to convert them into sales.

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using our CRM system.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively sell our services.

Collaborate with the sales team and participate in regular training and development sessions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales or related field is preferred, but not mandatory.

Ability to self-generate leads and manage a personal sales pipeline.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

Comfortable working remotely and independently, while being part of a supportive team.
