We are seeking licensed, guard card holding individuals for full time employment as a gate guard for a community.
Shifts are:
Mondays through Fridays 6am - 2pm
Responsibilities:
-Greet residents
-Confirm all vehicles are authorized to enter community using DwellingLive software
-Assign citations and authorize tows as needed
-Respond to any situations as they arise
-Fill out activity report at end of shift
Requirements:
-MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE GUARD CARD
-DwellingLive software experience a plus
-Working smart phone with internet access
-Strong attention to detail
-Must be dependable and friendly as you will be interacting with residents
-Able to use computers and email efficiently
