We are seeking licensed, guard card holding individuals for part time employment as a gate guard for a community.
Shifts are:
Fridays 2:30pm- 11pm
Saturdays 2:30pm- 11pm
Sundays 2:30pm- 11pm
Responsibilities:
Greet residents
Confirm all vehicles are authorized to enter community using DwellingLive software
Assign citations and authorize tows as needed
Respond to any situations as they arise
Fill out activity report at end of shift
Requirements:
MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE GUARD CARD
DwellingLive software experience a plus
Working smart phone with internet access
Strong attention to detail
Must be dependable and friendly as you will be interacting with residents
Able to use computers and email efficiently
