position open for immediate hire for a busy real estate office in Huntington Beach. Part time position that could possible turn into full time. Real estate knowledge/experience is a plus!Applicants must be multipletasks, quick learner and efficient worker, good English communication skills,writing and verbal. computer savvy, detail oriented, very organized, able to self-manage, able to work under pressure, and have the ability to meet deadlines on a daily basis. Applicant must have a reliable car as some local errands are required. Prefer that applicant lives close to Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa or Fountain Valley, westminster, garden grove
Tasks include:
- Social networkpost,-basicgraphical skill-Phone calls and monitor emails
- Responsible for real estate paperwork and documents
- Create letters and memos
- Word and excel , Data Enter
- Create, label, and deliver marketing materials
- Creative thinker
some sort of experience with graphic programs such as Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, or In Design.
part time and can change to full time position available. Potential for growth.
pay per hour will be depend on your skill. Minimum start $20/ hour
