You must work well under pressure and be a self-starter, friendly, diligent and motivated to help our Nonprofit Clinic's clientele with ZERO COST Loan Modification services. Follow up on missing items, stack file, enter data process to Lender. Should be fully familiar with Loan Modification and any available State Grant Programs in multiple States.
Must be familiar with Trustee sale postponement procedure and well versed with SB900/AB818 (HBOR) consumer protection rules and regulations. Fast paced environment with tight deadlines. You can't be thin skinned. Tremendous growth potential. Need a Min of 3 - 5 Years experience.
