Looking for an onsite Apartment Manager/Maintenance TEAM for beautiful 35 unit community.
This is a live-on-site position. You must be a "take charge" Manager TEAM who is proactivebecause YOU will be running the entire property. This job requires many hatsyou must be organized, flexible, like people and not be afraid of getting your hands dirty! NO SOLO APPLICANTS . Looking for a 2 person team who is willing to get the job done, able to enforce community rules and share the job responsibility. One may have an outside job while the other is at the property during business hours.
PLUMBING and advanced Handyman skills are MANDATORY. Hands-on knowledge and experience with turnover of vacant apt units. Basic-intermediate electrical and drywall skills are a MUST. You should have basic tools, working knowledge of how to trouble shoot and repair a variety of maintenance issues. Must have excellent communication, organization and coordinating abilities. Able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks concurrently.
Must have own computer, working cell phone and transportation. Prior experience preferred but not mandatory if you have the desire and skills to succeed in property management.
We are a no smoking community. You must be willing to submit to a drug and background check.
Compensation is a beautiful 2 bedroom + 2 bathroom apartment, paid gas, water, internet, garage and small allowance.
Monthly value approx. $3,500. As Resident Manager you will live in the Rental Office. No pets. No smoking.
