The position of inspector is responsible for making sure that every property is ready and up to the standards of the company prior to guests moving in and out of a home. The Inspector role is crucial to the operations of the business because this will be the last person who sees a property before guests arrive. Part time and full time available.
Responsibilities of the role are as follows:
- Check properties for cleanliness
- Check properties for adequate supplies
- Maintain exterior spaces of properties
- Relay maintenance requests to appropriate personnel
- Report damage to Property Manager
- Ability to purchase items and/or supplies for reimbursement
- Responsible for picking up of supplies/items needed for the enjoyment of guests
- Must have a vehicle
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must obtain and maintain vehicle insurance of 100/300
- Must be able to lift 25+ lbs.
- Must be able to stand a majority of the day
- Must have compatible phone to download company apps
- Basic knowledge of individual properties
- Basic knowledge of in-home verbiage
- Ability to be flexible as new tasks come up
- Ad Hoc projects and duties as needed
- Weekday/Weekend work
