Hanna and Associates is looking for a sharp, reliable Admin Assistant to help a high-performing sales agent. This is a part-time gig — perfect for a high school or college student who’s quick with a keyboard and wants solid work experience (without flipping burgers or making smoothies).

Hours: 4–6 hours a day (we’re flexible but consistent)
Location: Huntington Beach office – in person only
Pay: Depends on experience, but we’re fair (not in the “exposure” kind of way)

What You’ll Be Doing:
Assisting with data entry and computer tasks
Following up on emails, CRM systems, notes
Helping the sales agent stay organized and moving fast
Getting a crash course in the behind-the-scenes world of sales
What You’ll Need:
Fast typing & strong computer skills
A good attitude — we’re allergic to drama
Ability to focus, stay on task, and show up
