Full time Monday thru Friday 9-5
Duties:
We need a receptionist to help answer phone calls and schedule appointments
related to investments, real estate, life insurance, long term care, retirement planning, tax planning, estate planning.
Other duties include but are not limited to making coffee for guests, calling clients, calling partner companies, tracking all client data and running office errands as needed.
No experience is not a problem. Recent grads welcome. We are willing to train. As long as you are enthusiastic and willing to learn.
Requirements:
Strong organization skills, attention to detail, multitasking skills, communication skills, computer skills, and motivation to problem solve. Must have neat handwriting. Must come to work on time everyday. A positive attitude and good energy is always appreciated.
Bilingual in Vietnamese is a plus.
Professional attire required everyday.
