Part-time position M-F 9am-3pm. Some on call weekends. Property manager duties and assisting agents. Initiate maintenance service requests with vendors and communicate with tenants, utilize state of the art software for management, schedule work orders, estimate with vendors, obtain approval for jobs needed, and maintain property inspections. Work with tenants and management/rental agents for move outs and move ins, photo inspection. Weekend on call for emergencies. Respond by sending resume and day/ hours available or not available.
