The Project Coordinator duties include:
- Manage and mail submittal packages (paint drawdowns, datasheets, MSDS, certificates)
- Answer and forward incoming calls
- Order and track material orders
- Order and track equipment rentals
- Draft, send and file purchase orders
- Price and scan Extra Work Orders
- Gather pricing and product information for specialty finish items
- Complete Close-Out packets (warranty, LEED/green sheets, maintenance docs)
Skills needed:
- General computer proficiency; specific familiarization with Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication skills
