Contractor seeks PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR – BILLING SPECIALIST to add to our team of professionals to serve our top notch customers! Many duties of a small office. Full time position M-F, 8am - 4:30 pm
Duties include:
Job set up, maintenance, and project administration/coordination
Billing projects - both t&m and bid work.
Professional communication to customers
Office and Field Support
Working with SAP software systems
Maintain subcontractor's insurance
Process work tickets from technicians
Takes notes
General office support and administrative duties and assist management.
Qualifications to Include:
Accounting experience, is accurate and detailed, project coordination experience a plus, excellent communications skills both written and verbal, Highly organized, a team player, able to diligently execute tasks assigned without hesitation.
Skills: Professional communication skills, billing experience, Excel including creating formulas, Word, and Heavy Outlook usage, SAP software, Autodesk, Adobe Acrobat, and Foundation experience a plus
