We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee day to day office operations. This role requires leadership, organization, and problem-solving including:
- Respond to emails
- Answering phones and taking orders
- Invoice matching and processing
- Reconcile monthly vendor statements
- Organize weekly payroll
- Help new hire employees with enrollment forms, change of address, and updates
- Maintain Benefits Tracker
- Paycheck distribution
- Receive and process material orders delivered onsite.
- Order office supplies
- Oversee compliance protocols in the office
- Complete any special projects or new tasks that develop
We are looking for someone who can work independently. Someone driven to keep the office organized and running properly for the entire team.
