We are a dermatology and plastic surgery practice in beautiful San Juan Capistrano. We are in need of a full time person who can work answering phones, collecting and posting co-pays, scheduling patients, greeting patients, making specialty coffee drinks, selling skin care, taking messages, scanning patient documents, stocking and re-stocking and cleaning the office, rooming patients, cleaning exam room and help patients in office. Must possess excellent computer skills, friendly attitude, exceptional attention to detail and a familiarity with medical would be a plus. Need someone who takes initiative, sees something needs done and gets it done.
About us: We have been treating patients in and around Newport Beach for the last 13 years and recently opened our second location in historic San Juan Capistrano. We have 3 Board Certified Dermatologists, 1 Plastic Surgeon and 3 Physician Assistants. We perform medical and cosmetic dermatology and are a very well known practice with an excellent reputation for patient care and provider skill.
