Job Summary
We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Field Support Specialist to support our property management team with on-site responsibilities. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who enjoys being in the field, interacting with potential tenants, and ensuring our properties are ready for leasing.
Responsibilities
Travel to properties to conduct showings for prospective tenants
Perform inspections of vacant units and report on conditions
Assist with property listings, signage placement, and lockbox setup
Support leasing and property management teams with tasks
Ensure properties are clean, secure, and presentable before showings
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible field-based schedule
Detail-oriented with a customer-first attitude
Interest in property management or leasing is a plus
Must be bilingual in English / Spanish
Compensation: $22.00 per hour
