Hours: Monday to Friday - 7:00am to 3:30pm
Must be able to read, write and speak both English and Spanish.
Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with customers both over the phone and face to face.
Must be a team player and able to multi-task
Must be able to able to work conformably in spread sheets and accounting software. Training is provided to start.
Must be able to catch on to the flow of work and assist with general office duties as assigned.
Must have excellent organizational and administrative skills.
Must be able to maintain constant focus on detail and accuracy, follow through all tasks.
