A nationwide janitorial company is seeking a Front Office Administrative Assistant who is positive, reliable, and highly organized to assist in the daily operations of our company.
Front office experience helpful to answer telephone lines
Customer service skills required to assist vendors and customers on the phone
Strong attention to detail
Complete tasks quickly and efficiently
Have strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software – Word, Excel, and Outlook
Light filing
Flexible to learn new skills
Work schedule – Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 9am-4pm with an hour lunch – 24 hours per week
Pay - $20.00 per hour
