We are a quickly growing roofing business in Orange and are looking for an administrative professional to help with both general management and office-based production related tasks such as:
Assisting the Office Manager:
Answering phones
Responding to emails
Dispatching crews and inspectors
Data entry into Quickbooks
Filing
Payroll and invoice preparation etc.
Assisting the Production Manager:
obtaining permits
coordinating material deliveries, inspections etc.
Minimum Requirements:
Honesty and reliability
Professional attitude, highly organized, excellent customer service skills and phone manners
Basic proficiency with Quickbooks, WORD and EXCEL and email
Excellent spoken and written English
Reliable transportation to and from work
Desirable Skills:
Prior experience in construction administration (familiarity with workers comp., invoicing, proposal management
etc.)
Prior experience with CRMs or other business management software
Spanish language proficiency
Working Hours: 7am to 3pm (full or part time possible)
Compensation commensurate with experience and skills. Eligibility for benefits (401k, health insurance, bonuses, PTO etc.) after one year
