We are a growing dietary supplements warehouse in Anaheim Hills, seeking an experienced Quality Control Specialist with a background in the food supplement or food handling industries to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform and document a variety of inspections, checks, and sampling procedures throughout the production process.
Monitor manufacturing and packaging operations, reporting any non-conformances to the Supervisor or Manager.
Conduct line clearances and inspect processing areas to ensure the removal of previous products, components, and foreign materials.
Implement and continuously improve quality control operating procedures.
Prepare and submit daily QC reports (audits) for raw materials.
Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety standards.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
Strong understanding of quality assurance techniques, tools, and quality management principles in food, supplement, or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
Familiarity with FDA regulations, GMPs, HACCP, and food allergens.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in food or supplement manufacturing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule: 1st shift, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with required overtime
8-hour shift
Monday to Friday
