We are a Supplement Warehouse Company located in Anaheim Hill and were looking for an Operations Supervisor to be of support for our production.
Responsibilities:
Provide clear direction and motivate the production team to achieve the plant’s goals and objectives.
Offer necessary information and resources to enable team members to make decisions and solve problems effectively.
Promote a collaborative team environment by clearly communicating each individual’s impact on both personal and team performance.
Train and develop employees, providing both one-on-one and group coaching.
Monitor employee performance and offer constructive feedback regularly.
Identify challenges faced by team members and coach them to meet performance expectations.
Oversee and coordinate all production activities within assigned areas.
Foster teamwork and communication with other departments and shifts to ensure efficient staffing, housekeeping, safety, and production flow.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field preferred.
2-3 years of experience in a production supervisory or team facilitation role, ideally within a food manufacturing facility.
Experience in dietary supplement or food manufacturing, including powder blending or capsule filling, is preferred.
Familiarity with quality control and hygiene regulations in the consumer products or food industries is desired.
Shift/Schedule: 1st shift 7:00am-3:00pm

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
