Job Title: Commission-Based Sales Representative

Job Description:
We are a leading provider in high-quality doors and windows, currently seeking motivated and energetic Sales Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a drive to deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Generate sales by meeting with prospective and existing clients
Educate customers on our product lines and the benefits of our offerings
Achieve and exceed sales targets
Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices
Prepare sales contracts and accept payment through various forms
Follow up on sales leads and referrals
Provide feedback on market and creative trends
Requirements:
Proven sales experience, preferably in the door and window industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
High school diploma; BS/BA in a relevant field is a plus
Compensation:
This is a commission-based position with a competitive commission structure designed to reward high performers.
