We are a busy law office in Irvine looking for the perfect mailroom clerk who is organized, has excellent time management, pays close attention to detail, and works great both alone and with a team. This position is full-time, Mon-Fri from 8am-5pm.
Job Duties Include:
· Handle all incoming and outgoing pieces of mail
· Scan and upload incoming mail into client's files
· Responsible for tracking/logging movement on each mail piece
· Acting back-up for receptionist, fielding calls and transferring to proper person when needed.
Skills required to succeed:
· Dedication, persistence, and self-motivation
· Typing speed of 45 wpm at minimum
· Fast learnerespecially with new programs! Tech Savvy is a MUST
· Verbal and written communication
· Stellar Customer Service skills
· Adaptable and open to change
· Team Player and a Great Attitude!
Experience:
- Administrative Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Mail Handling: 1 year (Required)
