Litigation Associate

Way Cool Family Law firm (is this an oxymoron?) looking for an associate to: craft pleadings, field research, provide memos, support clients, handle cases, know judicial council forms, understand Discovery and Evidence, enjoy the practice, work hard, and have a good sense of humor. Litigation and trial experience is preferred, and that in Family Law a bonus. Need someone who has the hard-wiring to deal with litigation, opp counsel, the process and probably most importantly, deal with clients. They run the gamut. Lots of experience or, perhaps, not so much - just more looking for great personality. Willing to learn or, if an old dog, mesh well with this team.
