Personal injury law firm in Costa Mesa looking to hire a full-time or part-time legal assistant. Must be bilingual (fluent in Spanish/English). This will be a part remote working position (work from home) with a couple days in the office. However, the training period will be done in the office.
Job duties include:
-Excellent customer service and ability to communicate effectively
-Communicating with Spanish-speaking clients by telephone/email
-Communicating with insurance adjusters by telephone/email
-Filing new personal injury claims with insurance companies
-Draft Emails and Letters for attorney
-Other administrative/managerial tasks
-Must have working cell phone
You will work closely with the managing attorney and rest of the team in a pleasant but busy working environment. Many opportunities to learn. Must be motivated to learn, and plan to grow with the company.
