Here's a great contract Family Law Attorney position for a boutique firm in Costa Mesa. The firm specializes in litigation, estate planning, family law, real estate, tax law and other practice areas. The firm needs an experienced Family Law Attorney to work onsite for approximately 2 months covering for an attorney on medical leave. Nice, friendly atmosphere. The Family Law Attorney should have experience in:
Custody matters, dissolution, property division (including fraudulent conveyances or hiding assets), or prenuptial or post-nuptial agreement
Father's rights; guardianship; stepchild adoption; TRO's and other family law matters.
The ideal Family Law Attorney has at least 2 years of Family Law Attorney experience; CA license; can do and passionate attitude; good "bedside" manner
