Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated entry-level attorney to join our legal team, focusing on real estate law. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or an attorney with 1-2 years of experience who is looking to grow their career in a dynamic and supportive environment. Training will be provided by Sr. Attorneys.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle real estate cases, including quiet title actions, contract disputes, foreclosure cases, and more.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents.
Provide legal advice and representation to clients in real estate matters.
Attend court hearings, depositions, and client meetings.
Qualifications:
Degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in CA.
Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for real estate law and a desire to build a career in this field.
