We have a high six figure case in which our client was struck by a speeding vehicle and the impact was so hard that the semi truck that our client was driving turned on its side. Our client has been receivin epidurals to his lumbar, cervical and shoulder areas. So far the epidurals have not lasted. It appears that our client is a candidate for surgery. The other party had Avis Insurance which is a large policy.
The other large case is a 7 figure case. She slip & fell on dangerous conditions at a Shell Stn. The manager of the stn. told her they only check the premises for hazardous conditions at 11 pm when they wash down the premises. Our client has been diagnosed to never walk again. She has been confined to a wheel chair for over two years and goes to physical therapy several times a week. She damaged several bones in her ankle that cannot be repaired.
