Attorney seeking occasional probate paralegal

I have a litigation practice but do some probate stuff on the side. Looking for a highly experienced probate paralegal that can handle all facets of a probate from start to finish with little supervision. Since probates only come in to my practice here and there I'm looking for more of a contract type relationship where you'll bill me out at your hourly rate whenever I have a case. If I find the right person I can actually expand my probate practice and give you more work! Remote is totally fine, I've worked with a few paralegals in the past that I've never even met.
