Able to work with minimal supervision exercising good judgment and decision making without micromanagement and showcase ability to bill for all time as is required.

Must be efficient, accurate, flexible, timely, and have excellent attention to detail.

Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

However, there is also the potential to convert to exempt employment depending on fit, ability, and firm needs, with many options such as health benefits, profit sharing, origination compensation, and discretionary bonuses based on performance.

Hybrid remote position with flexible hours throughout day as long as work/tasks are being completed timely and billed using billing software. In addition to regularly scheduled hours, this position requires the ability to work potentially non-standard hours on occasion, which often cannot be predicted in advance.
