Responsibilities:
Greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude
Write accurate service tickets and explain services clearly
Assist in daily operations, including staff supervision
Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction
Handle customer concerns quickly and professionally
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Requirements:
Previous car wash, automotive, or service writing experience preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work weekends and in an outdoor environment
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Positive attitude and team player
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
