PAID TIME OFF:
PTO - 2- Weeks PAID Vacation Time (80 hrs Annually) for Worker Hosted Crew Members. Once you reach 520 hrs (Worker Hosted) you will receive an increase and PTO through our client. Once you reach 520 hrs (Worker Hosted) you will receive an increase and PTO through our client.
HOLIDAY PAY:
8 Company PAID Holidays for Worker Hosted Crew Members.
PAY INCREASE
Once a crew member has met the required hours (520 hrs) on assignment at our client the crew member will receive a pay increase so long as the crew member is meeting/exceeding attendance and performance standards at our client.
REFERRAL BONUS $200
$200 referral bonuses Crew members who refer a new Crew Member to our client will receive a $200 bonus once their referral works 520 hrs (3.25 months) and becomes Worker Hosted with our client.
WORKER HOSTED:
This is a temp-to-hosted position. Bluecrew Crew Members will be promoted to hosted after they have completed 520 hours so long as the attendance and performance requirements are in good standings. There is room for career growth and advancement within our client.
JOB SUMMARY:
Basic pick and pack light items within a warehouse environment.
As a Warehouse Picker and Packer, you play a crucial role in the efficient and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that products are picked from designated locations, packed securely, and prepared for shipping. This role requires attention to detail, physical agility, and a commitment to maintaining a well-organized and clean workspace.
